The application form is designed to capture important information regarding HELM participants for monitoring and evaluation purposes as well as the reporting requirements from nominating universities. The section on biographical information is a funding requirement by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) in order to report on all University Capacity Development Grant (UCDG) beneficiaries/transformation indicators. Please assist us by completing all aspects of the registration form in order that HELM can comply with DHET’s reporting and participating universities requirements for this programme funded through the DHET UCDG.
